Well, my summer performance travels are all over (boooo), but they were all so much fun! We will be getting more photos up by the weekend, as well as launching my YouTube channel! :) Zoo Montana was just amazing. The event rocked, the people were wonderful AND I got to visit Yellowstone!
The performance venue in Wisconsin was impressive just because of the grandeur and larger-than-life goings-on. I wish I could tell you about it but hope you will settle for the new photos of me at the event as "Slither" instead! :) XOXO

I love summer! It has been so awesome NOT BEING COLD. lol Anyway, my summer travels are half over (boo), but I'm definitely looking forward to the next couple of trips (yea)! I took tons of photos in Texas but I'm not sure if you guys want to see a collection of landscapes and wildlife! lol Sorry I'm nerdy! lol
I'm SUPER EXCITED to perform at Zoo Montana this weekend! They are so wonderful there and it fills me with such joy to perform for such a great cause. Their Zoo is the only one in Montana and surrounding areas in a 500 mile radius, which I believe makes their work that much more important and necessary. Here's hoping Saturday's event is tremendously successful! :)

I am so excited to announce my new partnership with Darlene White and the San Diego Animal Support Foundation to bring you a bigger and better "RESCUE PET of the WEEK" feature on my homepage! The Foundation is a nonprofit (501c3) organization that promotes the adoption of shelter and rescue pets with the cooperation of the local media. You can see a daily adoptable pet on the San Diego 6 Morning News feature, "Animal House." They also have many wonderful pets on their websitewho need to find their forever homes. Happy Summer! This year is flying by! I just returned from performing in Denver over the weekend. It was a fun trip and I am always so appreciative for the opportunity to travel. :) Check out the photo we put up in the "Candids" gallery...I call it my "Mile-High Club" picture (no, not THAT Mile-High Club!) lol It was taken at the Colorado State Capitol Building. Soooo pretty there.
So, We are about to break the huge announcement of the "big project" I have been working on these last couple months! I'm so excited to tell you! So stay tuned, because it's going to be AWESOME!! XOXO

As many of you know, I have a tremendous passion for animal rescue. While I wish I could adopt and save every little stray out there, I know that isn't realistic. So, I decided to have my web team add a feature on my homepage called "Rescue Pet of the Week." Each week (or so) we will post the information of an "angel in fur" who needs to find their forever home. It is my hope that my wonderful fans and supporters will be able to find their new BFF through this new web feature. :) Thanks, everyone! <3

Hello, friends! Well, Fashion Show Season is winding down, and everything
else is soooo painfully slow right now...Auditions have just not been in my favor lately. Thanks for your support and for checking in, even though there isn't much to report! How was everyone's Easter weekend? Mine was pretty incredible. :) I had a blast singing at my church's Easter Eve concert and all 3 Easter Morning services. It was a blessing and an honor to have been given those opportunities. Plus, it was GORGEOUS out! I love our San Diego weather!!
I have a couple big auditions coming up and will keep you posted! I'm really hoping to be on stage very soon, so keep your fingers crossed. <3

Yea! I'm back on the ice with weekly figure skating lessons and I'm so excited! I'm taking at a different rink this time, and I like it a lot better (so far). The instructor is VERY encouraging, which I respond very well to. I just realized we don't have any skating photos in any of the galleries, so hopefully we can get some up soon! :) I'm also getting all of my music ready for our church's Easter show and Easter services...I'm so honored to be sharing special music again during such an important time. Just wanted to let you know that we lost Bunny on Thursday. She was in really bad shape, and had declined substantially overnight. Thanks again for all of your thoughts and prayers. She will be terribly missed. :'(

Hey! Sorry I haven't posted a blog for awhile...There were some pending opportunities I was hoping to write about, but things have taken a different turn. I did, however, want to share my new 'do with you! :) I'm really excited about it, so check out the "Candids" gallery for a shot. The photo was taken backstage before I modeled on San Diego Living this week.
Also, please keep Bunny in your thoughts and prayers. She has taken a turn for the worse, so we're just trying to keep her comfortable at this point. It has been a rough weekend so far, in more ways than one.

Happy New Year, everyone! I'm really excited for 2010...Lots of big plans and lofty goals! lol All of my training is starting back up this week and next - dance technique classes 4 days a week, vocal coaching, increased gym workouts. I have several pretty big auditions coming up, so I'm trying my best to prepare. This year definitely has the potential to be the best one yet! I hope you had wonderful Holidays with your loved ones! Merry Christmas! I'm so excited for today! Not to sound cliche, but I wish it could always be Christmas (the magic and spirit of, not the shopping and traffic madness!) Singing at church last night was so special...I really felt the Spirit's presence and was so honored to be sharing my music with everyone (I sang TSO's "Christmas Canon Rock," a take on "Pachelbel's Canon in D" (my favorite song ever!). In fact, I was literally thinking "I can't believe I'm getting to sing this song! I can't believe I'm getting to sing this song!" lol Anyway, enjoy this special day with your loved ones! Blessings, A

This Holiday season, I have been celebrating the joy and love that out our pets bring us each and every day. I have especially been trying to soak up my time with my beloved yellow Lab, Bunny, because she is currently battling cancer. I'm praying for a miracle but am also aware that this might be her last Christmas. We had a little "photo shoot" last night, so be sure to check out the "Candids" link! :)

One of my favorite Holiday traditions we have established is attending the annual Julian Christmas Tree Lighting. Yesterday marked our 6th year going up there, and it couldn't have been any more perfect...On the drive up, it started to snow! I was so tickled to be driving my car in snow, especially since it was only my second time seeing the fluffy white stuff. It was perfectly chilly in town and just an all-around great day. Yea for 5 Year Anniversary Snow! :)

Thanks everyone, for coming to my show yesterday! Everything turned out pretty well, and I am thankful for your support. We raised over $750 for the cause!! I was so happy Sunny Benedict, Founder and President of the Baja Animal Sanctuary, could attend! She brought the sweetest little puppy, Randy, for me to hold on stage while I talked about the Sanctuary. I hope you had as much fun as I did...Thanks again for helping me make a difference in the lives of these animals! God bless!

Last night was such a blast! I modeled at an industrial show in Temecula for Kissable couture, where I had the chance to meet Keisha Whitaker and celeb makeup artist AJ Crimson. Awesome! Anela apothecary hosted the event...it's always such an experience to peruse their endless displays of beauty products. I also got to play with some fun new makeup by MAC and Napoleon Perdis. Fun! Oh - and I also fell completely in love with one of the dresses I modeled (occupational hazard!) *sigh* Anyway, the event was a success overall and I'm glad I was able to be part of it. :)

Hi everyone! I just got home from a wonderful afternoon and evening in L.A. at the Penguins hockey game! It was sooo much fun (even though the Kings beat us). I was so excited to see Sid, Fleury, Letang (and all the other guys!) in person, after watching them on TV for the last 2 years. I hope to make it to another game this season!
