Entertainer
Andria began dancing when she was 4 years old. What started out as something she did for fun turned into her passion when she was in high school. It was at that time when she decided to pursue dancing and performing as her career, and majored in dance in college. Andria is professionally trained in Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Latin, Ballroom and social styles, including Swing. As a former competitive dancer, she won several national dance championship titles. She currently dances with a local Cabaret-style dance company. Andria has many choreographic credits to her name, and has also appeared in numerous music videos, dance concerts and industrial shows. Her favorite genres are Jazz and Latin Ballroom.
When not traveling with her various shows, Andria can be found teaching Ballroom Dancing. She teaches all ages and abilities, and has extensive experience working with children and wedding couples. She both studied Ballroom and received her instructor-training at Champion Ballroom Academy in San Diego, under the direction of Mary Murphy.

Although she took singing lessons when she was very young, Andria has been seriously studying voice for the last 11 years. She is classically trained, and is also an accomplished singer of Broadway, Country, Pop and Big Band styles. She has had many international singing and performing experiences, including performing in the Sydney Opera House and singing at the All-Star International Baseball Game in Tokyo. Some of her regional highlights were her involvement with the Small Opera of San Diego, singing lead vocals with the San Diego Big Band Music Makers, performing with the Sweetwater Youth Orchestra, and singing at the televised "San Diego County Teacher of the Year Awards" at the Balboa Theatre.
Hailed as "San Diego's National Anthem Singer," Andria has sung for all of San Diego's major sports teams, as well as at ceremonies, banquets, military functions, marathons and children's events throughout Southern California. She can frequently be heard singing at her church, New Hope, as well as other churches around San Diego.
Every year, Andria performs her own concert fundraiser which benefits a different charity each time. Her most recent concert (November 2009) raised over $750 for the Baja Animal Sanctuary. Previous concerts benefitted cancer research and awareness.
When Andria realized she wanted to pursue a career as an entertainer, Musical Theatre seemed the natural route to go. She began her professional career directly out of high school, performing in the ensemble of the musical "George M!" That was followed by numerous other productions, including "42nd Street," "The Will Rogers Follies" and "7 Brides for 7 Brothers." She has also performed in many regional musical review productions. Her favorite musical theatre role to date was starring as Charity in "Sweet Charity" at the Coronado Playhouse, for which she received Best Actress nominations for the Aubrey Awards and the Blue Ribbon Awards in 2008.
San Diego audiences will recognize Andria as the definitive Viola, a role she has performed for many years, in the interactive dinner theatre production "Joey and Maria's Comedy Italian Wedding." In this fast-paced and highly entertaining show, jealous Viola crashes the wedding ceremony in an attempt to win back her boyfriend Joey from her former best friend Maria! Andria also stars as Jenny in "Jimmy and Jenny's Wacky Western Wedding," another fun, interactive show in which chaos and hilarity ensue.
Always ready to take on a new and exotic challenge, Andria is well into her second year performing on stilts with Living World Entertainment. She has had the opportunity to perform as DiVine at many wonderful and exciting venues including the San Diego Zoo, Four Seasons Resorts, Zoo Montana, Colorado, Texas, Wisconsin and the California Science Center.
The premise behind "DiVine" is an exotic grapevine woman
who comes to life. She can be seen moving in and out of beautiful tableaus, and then leaping away to her next destination. The performance is very artistic and unique, and gives Andria the chance to utilize her dynamic dance abilities in a very different capacity.
Andria also recently began performing as Slither the Water Siren and Oceania with Living World Entertainment and will soon be performing as the Fountain with 2nd Nature Productions!
